Solutions

Since its first introduction in 2009, the Aerasense NanoTracer has proven its quality and robustness in various applications worldwide. Based on this technology developed with our partner Royal Philips Research, we have created a range of dedicated devices to measure UFP in different locations and situations. We look forward to discuss your needs and requirements, and find the right NanoTracer for your application. All NanoTracers share the same sensing-principle, based on the corona-charging of UFP and subsequent sensing in a sensitive electrometer. For more background on the fundamentals of the technology see papers Marra.

Compared to alternative sensing technologies, charge-based devices have many advantages:

  • Measurement is independent of orientation, enabling mobile monitoring
  • Small and lightweight footprint, allowing personal monitoring
  • No liquids or other consumables required
  • Simple to operate, single button operation
  • Continous measurement in real-time
